The Customs Officers' Path & Pointe Saint-Mathieu
Between land and ocean, the GR34 coastal path offers one of the most beautiful panoramas of the Breton coastline. Starting from Pointe Saint-Mathieu, the cliffs blend with the marine horizon, revealing the iconic lighthouse, the abbey ruins, and the Iroise Marine Park.
Perfectly marked, this 7 km hiking trail takes 2.5 to 3 hours to complete, and its level is easy to moderate, making it accessible to both contemplative walkers and experienced hikers. Each step reveals the natural and heritage richness of the Pays d’Iroise, between wild coves, seabirds, and changing light.
